Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We do not fill orders or initiate shipping on weekends or holidays.

Violeta-Ink ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated by the USPS or UPS within 24 hours.

We prefer to ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. We offer UPS shipping by request only.


Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging. We do not accept returns of individual items from a larger kit. We can only issue a full refund for a damaged item, no exchanges.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your package is tracked through ShipStation and we calculate the return window based on their status reports. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that the item has been received and inspected for use/damage. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

We expect you will receive the credit within 2 days, depending upon your card issuer's policies.
