I started coloring with Copic Markers in 2018. I use the underpainting method rather than standard blending combinations and I add special details with colored pencils.

Your purchase helps to rescue and care for worst-case stray dogs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

For years, I’ve worked with my friends at CraftsForPaws.com, reselling donated crafting supplies to fund a network of rescue and foster homes for elderly and medically challenged strays. These are dogs too old or with veterinary bills so high that they’re rarely adopted. The work never stops and there are always more shelters reaching out to us for help. Craft resale simply wasn’t enough.

Violeta Ink is my way of doing more. Yes, it’s a great little online shop for brand new Copic Markers, refills, and my favorite brands of colored pencils… but I also donate my salary and the profits from Violeta Ink to Crafts for Paws.
