B0000 Pale Celestine is a very light blue for skies and backgrounds.

B0000 is an extremely pale blue which can sometimes have an aqua feeling. It’s ideal for backgrounds, florals, and can be used to shade white objects. We rate B0000 as an easy blending color and recommend it in combination with B00 and B01.
